Temporary registration for foreign estate agents
If you work as an estate agent in an EEA-country or in Switzerland and wish to work temporarily as an estate agent in Sweden, you can under certain circumstances register as an estate agent with FMI without meeting the Swedish training requirements.
The temporary registration remains valid for one year. The registration can then be renewed upon the estate agent’s request. A renewal will only be granted if the business activities are still found to be temporary.
Registering to work in Sweden temporarily as an estate agent is free of charge.
